Shapes describes holding E on PC or the on-screen interaction button on mobile; use the prompt actually displayed by your client. All Things How also reports that rival purchases can increase the price while a unit is still travelling. The practical aim is to finish with a Brainrot earning in your base.

1. Confirm you are looking at the character you want, rather than a nearby unit or a Lucky Block. Read its name, displayed price and income. Do not treat an old list as the price of every mutation or event variant.
2. Check that your base can receive it. If space is tight, identify a replaceable low-income unit, but keep anything needed by the next Rebirth. Avoid committing your entire wallet before knowing which slot it will occupy.
3. Activate the buy interaction. Follow the Brainrot toward your base and watch for another player claiming the same purchase. Read any new price before buying again; a price war can turn a sensible investment into a poor one.
4. Once the Brainrot has arrived and occupies a base slot, protect it and check its income collection point. Only then count that purchase in your earning plan.

Set a price ceiling before the scramble

Our recommendation is to decide your maximum spend before a popular spawn appears. Preserve enough cash for a fallback earner or the Rebirth requirement you are pursuing. If someone outbids you beyond that ceiling, let the purchase go and look for the next useful unit. Winning every contested spawn is not necessary for steady progress.

A simple payback example

For an illustration, a unit costing $10,000 and showing $100 per second takes 100 seconds to generate its purchase cost, assuming that rate remains constant and you retain it. Those are invented teaching numbers, not character statistics. If it replaces a $40-per-second unit, the income increase is only $60 per second; measuring the improvement gives a more honest comparison than using the new unit’s entire output.
